Recently the existing production line of mould powder for continuous casting reaches to ten, the key equipments consist of evaporation 2.5t/h spray granulation facilities, milling material with facilities, DCS - 50/B2 automatic metering and packing and other facilities, the annual production capacity is up to 150,000 tons, which can meet the continuous casting needs of multi section steel billet such as  the round billet, billet, slab, beam blank and thin slab.

Products sold in more than 140 countries large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises, and exported to Russia, Ukraine, Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Iran, India, Malaysia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Syria, Indonesia, Taiwan and other more than 20 countries and regions more than 50 iron and steel enterprises, domestic market coverage rate of 98%, market share rate of more than 55%.
